The Problem
I set out to create a standout AI influencer in a crowded digital space, overcoming the limits of traditional influencers by building a lifelike, consistent persona that could connect with real audiences and reflect brand values through realistic, culturally-aware design.
Process
I started by defining the influencer’s identity—core traits, background, tone, and target audience. For Annie, this meant a UK-based persona focused on fashion, fitness, and lifestyle.
Next, I created a clear visual style using generative AI tools like Midjourney, then refined the outputs in Photoshop to ensure consistency in features like eye color and wardrobe across content.
Finally, I launched her on Instagram and Fanvue with tailored bios, highlights, and scheduled posts aligned with trends. I tested engagement through brand-style collaborations to fine-tune her market fit.
Solution
The result is a fully developed AI influencer with a clear identity, consistent aesthetic, and growing presence—built to deliver cultural relevance, brand value, and scalable content without human limitations.
